I wanted to share my experience with your employee Jeff. I am traveling in October to India and it is a complicated trip. I have never used my PNC points. I was fortunate to connect with Jeff and was amazed at his patience and meticulous follow up. Several times he needed to research something and told me the exact time he would call me back. Sure enough, he always did. He has a terrific attitude and the utmost patience. I truly felt like a valuable client and would recommend him to anyone whatsoever. He is an outstanding employee. The travel rewards card we used to use was difficult to work with and seemed like musical chairs with people always changing.
